How do I book a photoshoot?
Simply select your preferred photography package, choose an available date and time, and complete your booking. Your session will be confirmed once the required booking payment has been received.
Is the booking deposit refundable?
Booking deposits are generally non-refundable, as your selected date and time are reserved specifically for you. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
Can I reschedule my photoshoot?
Yes. Rescheduling is allowed provided sufficient notice is given. New dates are subject to availability. A fee of R350 will be charged.
Can you help me choose a photoshoot location?
Absolutely. We can recommend suitable locations based on the type of shoot, your preferred look, outfit, theme and overall vision.
Do you provide the unedited/raw photos?
Raw or unedited photographs are not normally included. We carefully select and professionally edit the strongest images from your session to maintain the quality and style of our work.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Turnaround times depend on the type of session and package selected. Your estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated to you when you book.
